Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If your item fails to arrive, perhaps because it was lost in shipment, please contact us (email@example.com). We’ll track it down, or if we can’t, we’ll refund your purchase, including shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or of poor quality, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org). We’ll work with you to make it right by replacing the item at no additional cost to you.
We don’t accept returns, so please make sure you’re ordering the right item in the right size.
If we refund your purchase, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
